Serial ID 10 corresponds to Grand Champion (グランドチャンピオン) which got announced but apparently never released.

All games were released on the TMS1100 microcontroller, and Block Buster, Connect Four, and Bowling were also released on the Intel 8021.

The System BIOS needs to be dumped as well! There does not seem to be a System BIOS. Each cartridge ROM contains what's necessary to access the hardware directly.
If anyone can get good PCB photos, component identification, or clock speed measurement, it would be much appreciated.
